At VICIS, we are committed to athlete safety and satisfaction; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and protective packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused equipment in its original VICIS packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our facility.
